Why Order Delivery?
Delivery is convenient, and we stock TONS of awesome products from all over the state for you to try!
Is Delivery more expensive than going to a regular retail store?
Our prices are right in line with regular in-person retail stores. Some delivery zones have a $10 delivery fee, but monthly subscription holders are eligible to have the delivery fee waived, as are those who order Party Packs or CannaCatering. We also feature great bundles to help you discover new products, stock up on your favorites and save even more time and money.
What is my Daily Limit?
Daily limits are set by Massachusetts law. Multiple people can receive a delivery to the same address at the same time provided they are over 21 with a valid ID. Each person is limited to one delivery order per day (even if you don’t reach the weight limit in that order). Every day, you are allowed to purchase 28 grams of cannabis flower OR the dry weight equivalent which is 5 grams of concentrate or 500 mg of edibles. For concentrates, every gram equals 5.6 grams of flower. For edibles, every 100 mg equals 5.6 grams of flower. A sample mixed order almost at the limit could look like this:
1. Flower (2) eighths, 7 g
2. Prerolls (4), 4 g
3. Gummies, 100 mg = 5.6 g
4. Chocolates, 50 mg = 2.8 g
5. Vape cartridge, 1 g = 5.6 g
6. Tincture, 500 mg = 2.8 g
TOTAL = 27.8 g
Where Do you Deliver?
We deliver all over Massachusetts to residential addresses including Airbnbs. We cannot deliver to hotels, commercial addresses, university/college/campus housing or any address that is federally funded. We also cannot delivery to any town that does not allow recreational retail cannabis sales unless that town specifically opts in to allow delivery.
Why don't you deliver to some towns in your zone?
Some towns do not (yet) allow delivery within their borders. We are allowed to deliver to our homebase in Ware, any town that allows retail sales and any town that has confirmed in writing that they will allow delivery. If your town has not responded or has declined to allow delivery, talk with your Mayor or Town Administrator to see if delivery is possible! We are happy to speak to them with you.
Are You Discrete?
Absolutely! Our vehicles are unmarked, the delivery packaging is unmarked and our drivers wear plain clothes.
What Payment Types do you accept?
We accept cash or ACH.
Our ACH service provider is Aeropay.
How do I pay:
1. Pineapple Express will send you a text with a link to sign up.
2. Create an account. We only need a few details to keep you and your money safe.
3. Link your bank. Aeropay connects to 12,000+ banks.
5. Send payment. Aeropay securely transfers funds from your bank to your destination.

What kind of ID can I use?
We accept valid, unexpired, government issued identification that has your photograph and date of birth. This includes a driver’s license from any US state, a government issued identification card, a passport or a military identification card. We cannot accept temporary cards, foreign driver’s licenses or medical registration cards as identification for delivery. Your identification must be uploaded to your online account and pre-verified prior to your delivery leaving our warehouse. Upon arrival, the driver will check your physical identification to make sure it matches the pre-verified information.
What are the taxes?
Set by Massachusetts law, we add on:
1. MA Excise Tax = 10.75%
2. MA Sales Tax = 6.25%
3. Local Tax = 3%
TOTAL = 20%
Do you have a discount program?
You can build up loyalty points and use them for discounts on future orders. We also offer a referral program where you and your friend both receive $10 off when your friend places his/her first order.
How do I know my delivery is on the way?
When you include your cell phone number during account set up, you are signed up for order status text messages. We notify you by text when you place an order, when the delivery starts, when the driver is close and when the driver arrives. You will also get a text if you cancel your order.

What is a CannaCrate?
CannaCrates are monthly, biweekly or weekly subscription boxes specially designed for you and delivered to your door. You can choose from our pre-designed boxes or contact us to develop a perfectly tailored option. Offerings change with supply as we keep rotating products and adding suppliers. What is CannaCatering?
We love introducing new items for cooking as well as local chefs and recipes to try! Cannabis goes GREAT in the kitchen, and we’ll keep posting new ideas and sourcing new products.
How can I order for a house party?
When you throw a 21+ house party (think: summer BBQ, dinner party, pool party, book club, game night, NYE, birthday, FriendsGiving, Puff & Paint, backyard goat yoga), Pineapple Express will deliver a package to as many eligible guests as you’d like to fully stock the party with a wide variety of goodies and accessories! Seltzers are coming soon for summer!
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returned products or offer refunds. Call us if there are any issues, and we are happy to work with you to find a solution. Accessory returns may be eligible through the individual manufacturers.
What if I didn't receive something I ordered?
Our drivers are trained to review with you each and every item you order and compare them to the receipt at the time of delivery. If you are missing something, let your driver know right away so we can dispatch the item.
Do you sell non-cannabis items?
We do! We offer a variety of CBD, CBG and CBN products as well as pet products and accessories. Keep an eye out for our Farmers’ Market section coming soon!
